PRICING & QUOTES

To get a quote for your interior decorating or design project, please complete the first two steps listed below. This includes sharing a few details about your space and booking a complimentary 30-minute initial call with Vanessa. This no-obligation conversation helps her understand your needs so she can provide an accurate quote because every interior decorating and design project is different.

Tula Living offers interior decorating and design services both in person and virtually, with flat-rate packages and hourly options available. Support can range from light guidance to more hands-on involvement, depending on what you’re looking for. Every project is fully personalized to suit your space, lifestyle, and goals.

We offer free travel up to 30 minutes from Mississauga, ON. Any distance beyond this one-way will require an additional charge.

SPACE PLANNING

• Up to 6 hours / day with Vanessa on-site or virtually via Google Meet • Walk Vanessa through specific rooms or areas of your home • Ask anything for as much advice/guidance as possible within the allotted time frame • Sit down with you to conduct online research and give product recommendations with shopping links • In-store sourcing trips and returns • Access to retail furniture trade discounts when you shop with Vanessa both online or in-store on the same day (you must have a valid payment method available) • Assistance with selecting finishes, materials, and lighting in showrooms • Styling and accessorizing on-site (ex. plan gallery walls, style shelves with decor) • Travel fee applies

THE DESIGN PROCESS

(PERFECT for transforming current spaces or designing new ones from scratch)

PHASE 1

CONSULTATION + SITE MEASUREMENTS

During this initial phase, we visit the property to take detailed measurements, photos, and assess the existing conditions. This crucial step ensures our designs perfectly align with the realities of the space.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We develop recommendation reports, mood boards, and preliminary 2D layouts, providing a visual representation of the aesthetic direction and layout possibilities for your space.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

PHASE 2

After approving the concept, we dive deeper into the details. This phase involves finalizing layouts, creating shopping lists, choosing materials, furnishing and fixtures, and rendering more detailed visuals.

PHASE 3

CONSTRUCTION

If you are undertaking a renovation project, this is when construction begins. You can share and refer to the project documents with your contractor. Please note: We can refer contractors, project managers, and trades to you, but we do not manage trades.

SHOP AND INSTALLATION

Depending on the scope of your project, you can show the plans to your contractor, have us shop and style with and/or for you, or follow the documents on your own for DIY projects. In this phase, every piece is meticulously placed according to the design plan to ensure your space looks and functions as intended.

VIRTUAL ROOM MAKEOVER

• 1, 1.5, or 2 hour organic conversation with Vanessa for personalized advice via Google Meet • 30 minute calls are only available to previous clients who have additional questions beyond their initial call and need further assistance with projects familiar to Vanessa • Walk Vanessa through specific rooms or areas of your home • Ask anything for as much advice/guidance as possible within the allotted time frame • Share future plans of your room design to gain her professional perspective • Advice on room/furniture layouts and decor recommendations • Follow up email including a summary of our discussion and any links sourced during the allotted time frame only • Visuals, drawings, or concept documents can be provided upon request (at additional cost) and agreed upon before our session
